Even before 1993, the year our company was founded, Mr. Gregor Schulze-Eyssing, the Founder Managing Director had a vision: to clean screws, nuts, stamped and pressed parts during the production process and thereby recover the production oil for re-use and save a lot of money! TS50 Part de-oiling and oil recovery on a footprint of less than 1 m² ! The Turbo Clean® TS50 de-oiling centrifuge is a high-performance continuous flow machine for mass-produced parts such as screws, nuts, stamped parts, pressed and turned parts. The Turbo-Clean® TS50 removes oil quickly and thoroughly. At the same time, companies save oil with this inline cleaning machine, because with turbo de-oiling, over 95% of the production oil is recovered sorted and fed back into the production process. This is economical and environmentally friendly! The Turbo-Clean® TS50 can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually. The Turbo-Clean T50 is a high-performance cleaning machine for mass produced parts, in which up to 95% of the production oil can be recovered. The Turbo-Clean® T50 degreases, cleans and preserves industrially manufactured mass produced parts. This powerful inline cleaning machine can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually. The integrated oil drip device catches the first oil even before the cleaning starts. Up to 95% of the production oil is recovered sorted and returned to the production machine. After the spin cycle, detergent is pumped into the drum. The centrifugal force tears the cleaner through the parts (screws, nuts and other small parts), so that not only the outer parts are cleaned and degreased. The cleaning agent also penetrates the small parts inside. The washing times are adjustable. After washing, a drying process follows, which can also be regulated. Corrosion protection or coatings are also possible.

These are individually and continuously wetchemically cleaned and dried in a continuous process in the immersion bath, depending on the cleaning requirement with the use of ultrasound. The special thing about the SF 500-2 is that it has a two-stage design, so that rinsing stages or additional post drying are possible in one run. Further modular construction is possible. The items to be cleaned – sensitive mass-produced parts – are metered in and slide into the cleaning chamber. Optimum cleaning results can be achieved in a short time through vibration of the cleaning medium, continuously high medium throughput and additional use of ultrasound. After the washing process, the parts are conveyed out of the bath, rinsed and dried. The Turbo-Clean® SF 500-2 can be operated centrally or decentrally in inline operation, either automatically or manually. With individual operation, the parts are fed in doses via a bunker chute. This enables a fully automatic cycle without the use of personnel.
